- This process is entrusted to experienced milling team
- We are milling under controlled temperatures
- In this process all inedible parts of the raw materials are removed using modern milling and separating techniques
- Particle size of flour can be customized according to customer requirements
- Workers are involved only in raw material feeding and collecting of flour into sacks from output silo
- Hygienic practices on production floor
- The workers are required to do the following before entering the processing line:
- Take a shower
- Wash hands minimum four times per shift
- Wear clean uniforms, head covers, masks and shoes
- Quality checking
- Following parameters are checked during milling process
- Temperature
- Particle size
- Moisture content
- Final product handling
- Milled flour is directly filled to final packaging material and sealed
- Packing with suitable inner cover or thermally protected export grade packaging materials
- Sealed packs are delivered to stores
- Storage of finished goods
- Store under fully sealed, dry and cool conditions
- During storage period following contaminants are avoided:
- Moisture
- Pests
- Foreign matter - Eg. dust
- Finished goods transportation
- Done by fully covered, hygienically controlled vehicles. Therefore:
- No contamination by dust
- No moisture absorption
